For our last day at Lledr Hall we split up into our two groups and tackled the high and low ropes course.
After a good night’s sleep, and a two course breakfast, we kitted up and split into two groups to tackle our activity for the day.
We braved the rain and after a short walk we arrived at the entrance to a local disused slate mine. We spent our day exploring to caverns and learning about what it might have been like for the miners who worked there.
Our evening meal tonight was a homemade tomato soup, chicken dinner and ice cream for dessert. Feeling very full we decided to have a games evening followed by a film and then a well deserved sleep!
After a safe journey, we arrived at Lledr Hall in high spirits. The children became accustomed to their surroundings and tucked into their lunch.
We thoroughly enjoyed venturing out this afternoon on a walk around the local area which had turned into a Winter Wonderland after yesterday’s snowfall. After our walk we had a well deserved play in the snow.
Then it was back for a nourishing warm hot three course meal and Orienteering by torchlight!
